Returns and refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Panties, thongs, and crotchless items
• Bodysuits and teddies
• Adult products and intimate accessories
• Any item that has been worn, washed or had tags removed.

Damaged, Defective, or incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available) or
• A refund

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

We Cannot accept returns if:

• The items shows signs of wear, washing, or odor
• Tags or protective lingers have been removed
• The return request is made after the allowed timeframe
